Chef Leonardo Pavia, 37, is a culinary master with almost two decades of experience. Born in Oaxaca, Mexico, he came to the United States in 2000 and has since honed his craft to become an expert in Italian-French fusion cuisine. In 2022, Chef Pavia brought his exceptional skillset to the Da Andrea team, where he has quickly become an integral part of its operation.
